I was thrilled to receive my Cameo bundle! However, when I attempted to create my first vinyl cut after unpacking and setting up the machine, I found that the roller that feed the cutting mat does not turn. I spent hours following the Swing Design tutorials and searching for help online. After trouble shooting with Silhouette tech support and sending them a video of the machine in action, the rep advised that my machine was defective and the roller motor is damaged or broken.
Swing Design, how did this happen? I purchased this new Cameo 3 bundle from your company because of your great reviews and competitive prices. I am so disappointed!!
I would greatly appreciate a reply and resolution to the problem asap!

I bought this to try shirts first the first time and I'm so thankful I did! I even just placed another 2 orders to start stocking up on more! My kids, 3 girls and 1 little fella, enjoyed picking out their own details for their shirts and the stretch vinyl was amazing to work with! Easy transaction through swing design. I had ordered from them through amazon and figured I would try directly from their website.
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

My husband was in the USA for a work trip and was beautiful enough to bring me the Cameo back to Australia in his luggage! Great pack with great supplies and plenty of information to get you started! I love it!

I was shocked at the amount of product for the price. I am just beginning and didn't want to have to shop around everywhere to get what I needed.

This is the best transfer tape ever! I have used many transfer tapes and it seems they all have their drawbacks, but this one works perfect. No residue, not hard to work with and love the lines. Will purchase again
