Glad I ordered this before ordering any vinyl. This saved me quite a bit of money. Great reference for projects. Some of the colors you really need to see in person, the computer and other sites don't always provide the best swatch. Worth the money.

Ordered a huge bundle of adhesive vinyl that had every color included. I wanted to familiarize myself with all the colors and found they were in the exact order of the invoice - which doesn't happen often in my experience. When I found I was short a few sheets - totally understandable when handling that many sheets at once - they were quick to resolve it. I had my missing sheets the next afternoon. I also got a follow up call to make sure that I got the package the next day and was happy with my purchase. Couldn't have asked to be treated any better. To me, little things go a long way.

I wanted the Designer Edition quickly so I would not have to wait to begin using it. The download arrived immediately to my inbox and I was up and running quickly. Thanks for offering the downloadable upgrade!
