The speed that I received the original responses with the code was superior. The follow up to my inquiries leaves something to be desired. This was my first order with you. When I logged in, it mentioned a discount code. By the time I was able to place the order, the part about the code disappeared and I did not get to use a code. I sent more than one email to question about the code. When I got a response, I was offered a 10% discount to be refunded. I have not received that refund after again sending more than one email. While this is only a small amount, it affects my thoughts on repeat business. As far as the code, I have not even attempted to use it so that the emails I have remind me to check on the small refund.

Swing Design is my go to site for upgrades to the Silhouette software. She has the best prices. I like that the upgrades are downloadable and I can install it and get back to work quickly. I also purchased my Cameo 3 from Swing Design on Amazon. I had a question that was answered very quickly.

This order came in a cylinder package and maskng tape was used to secure the roll. Unfortunately, the tape was difficult to remove and actually ripped the vinyl. On the positive, the colors I ordered and received were beautiful and true to expectations.

A bit of a learning curve. The video was on the older version of the software and I have the updated version. All my icons are in the side and the videos was all up top. A little hard to keep up with. But in all we all have to learn something new and keep up with the fast pace of this electronic world. Thanks

Love how it was shipped. Each roll was in its own bag and marked with the color and item number. I will definitely be ordering more.

The bluetooth does not work, I have taken it to two computer stores and paid the geek squad to come out, all of them said the wrong drivers are installed in the silhouette, when they installed the right drivers, then it was asking for a code to get into the silhouette, and there's no place to input a code. Very disappointed with this product. Out of a lot of money and I have cords running across my room to use the machines. On top of that, there is not a good instruction manual to teach you really how to use the machines, everything I have figured out so far, I have learned by watching YouTube. Again very disappointed. But, on a good note, after watching different videos on YouTube and figuring out how to really use the silhouette, it does cut well and very precise even with very detailed cuts.

This class was awesome! It truly helped me to get started using my Cameo right away! I've already made a ton of presents for family and friends within the first two weeks! Would totally recommend this to anyone getting started!
