Ordered Silhouette Business Edition update. Was in my inbox instantly. Another vendor where I ordered an upgrade took 3 days so I was happy with their speed. Nice folks.

The products are great, the prices are comparable and customer service goes above and beyond. You can't ask for any better! Very responsive and they strive to solve any issues.

I haven't used it yet, but my friend recommended it with praise. I would like to see an additional support like item that you can put over the silhouette so that you can also carry a small printer (I have a HP 3700 that is light weight and only 8 inches deep). I travel to crops and retreats and sometimes need my printer.

I really love my vinyl, the frustrating part was that UPS said they tried to deliver and I wasn't home, which was wrong. I'm available all day long and no one stopped.
