Not what I expected, and transfer mask not included. Which is mostly my own fault for not reading it properly, but it could have been described better and I would not have bought it at all.

Everything came as described, I have used the stretch vinyl I ordered so far and it applied perfectly. The order came very quickly, which I was very pleased about. The only thing I wish was that the bulk stretch HTV had a 12" width option, I had to cut the 15" to fit it in the cricut.

Shopping at the Swing Design store in Wesley Chapel was simply amazing, the ladies there express outstanding customer service to me from the moment i walked through the door. They made buying my first sewing machine experience a breeze. The machine I purchase came with a two hour training on how to set the machine up and practicing using it was a big hit for me. I was taught by one of the on site professionals (Mrs. Carol) whom was so polite and very patient, she got me to a level where i was comfortable by the time I left the store with my new machine. Yes, i still got a lot of learning to do but at least I feel comfortable enough to teach my son what i learned and now he has dust his machine off and is now starting to practice sewing. Thank you ladies
