I received my item rather quickly. Upon trying to setup I noticed there was no cutting mat included. I reached out to support and was told to double check my box and then take a picture of what I did receive. I was rather annoyed at this process as I seemed the agent did not believe me. Once she got the picture and approved the mat was not shown the I still had to wait several business days for the mat to be shipped. I was very dissatisfied with the time without being able to use my new equipment.

I was so excited to order my Silhouette Cameo and heat press bundle from Swing - I had my eye on the bundle for weeks before I finally decided to order it for my small business. I ordered it on 7/5/2019 and it is now 7/22/2019 and I have not heat received the heat press. Last week I was told the heat press would arrive by the end of the week and ship out to me but it is now a week later and I was just informed for the first time that the heat press is actually on backorder. Had I known this I could have planned accordingly, or ordered a different bundle to avoid delays in production for my small business. I have now fallen behind on orders, was unable to provide products for an event I had committed to, and am saddened by the lack of communication and empathy from Swing customer service. I now wish I had ordered directly from manufacturer instead of through a secondary source. This delay has caused many inconveniences for me.

Hi Melissa, I am sorry for the delay on this. The manufacturer had changed the promise date 3+ times. The presses arrived yesterday. The manufacturer is sending them directly for our customers to get them to you as fast as possible. 50% of the orders shipped yesterday and 50% today. I also asked my customer service team to send our $25 good for anything on the site. Again I am very sorry for the delays. Best Will - Owner
