Great product! Wish the bluetooth function was supported by the software soon. Also wish that I don't need to upgrade to the designer edition in order to sketch a design or do something as basic as cut with different patterns or use a more precise eraser.

Hi Janice, bluetooth is working with the current software. Here is a walk through for you: http://www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/2016/08/silhouette-cameo-3-bluetooth-set-up.html

The software and buying process works well. I didn't really need business but it's the only way to run two machines. I do have some questions that only Silhouette can answer and I've been on hold for a long time and now am waiting on an email.
