I had problems at first syncing the machine to my computer. From what I understand Silhouette is aware of the problem. I tried for 3 or 4 days doing what Silhouette said to do with my machine and computer with no success but my husband finally uninstalled and reinstalled the software and so far it is working. Other than that, the machine seems to be working fine. I am disappointed that my excitement for my new machine was tarnished by my difficulties that I had in the beginning. One thing I do love is the larger tool storage drawer.
