Ordered the pink heat press. Received it in one week. I clicked submit on the order and then realized I had forgotten to add a Teflon sheet to my order. Called first thing the next morning and was told it was too late to add to my order and I could order the sheet in a new order, but have to pay shipping. I had just paid $315 plus and was not going to pay to ship one item. I understand that it was too late to add, but felt that the shipping fee could have been waived on the Teflon sheet.

I’m not a huge fan of the Arrive app. It was okay and nice to be able to track a package through an app, but it wasn’t accurate.
