Your shipping is bad! I know next time to order way ahead of time! It took forever! But overall the product is great

The shopping experience on the Swing Design website was fun. Everything worked well. The package was timely and well packed. I had to be patient, as it came clear across the country. Well done. I appreciate their accuracy. Thank you.

All went smooth, however I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the 10% off discount for 1st time use. Is this option still available as a discount credit?

Over all I love Swingdesign and have ordered from them multiple times. This time however I chose the overnight air shipping, it still took 7 days to receive it. Other than that I am satisfied- I guess I learned my lesson, don’t bother paying extra for the faster shipping.

Hi Amber, it looks like expedited air was chosen at checkout. This means the order will ship the next day with USPS and arrive within 2-3 days. We do not offer an overnight shipping option. I do see that the order did take longer to arrive than the 3 day timeline. I have gone ahead and refunded the expedited shipping cost. I apologize for the delay in getting your items to you.
