This isn’t the first time I have ordered from Swing Design and it definitely will not be the last! I absolutely love how cheap the vinyl costs and how quickly it arrives every time! Plus, there are so many choices and they are all of the best quality!!!

I waited for the foil quill for over a month and when it finally shipped I was happy! I hadn’t minded waiting! That was until my order was cancelled and refunded. My husband had ordered it for me but had accidentally missed a digit in his work address, so the order wasn’t able to ship and instead of following up with your customer , you just cancelled it! It was supposed to be my birthday present by the way! Now I was told I have to reorder it! Pretty unhappy here and I have been a happy customer in the past!

Hi Dorothy, sorry for any inconvenience. The order did ship but due to the address error USPS was not able to locate the address and ended up returning the package. Our system issued a refund once it was returned to our warehouse by the carrier. We apologize for this. Quills are now in stock. Best, Will - Owner
