Earlier today I received my Hudson Business Card case and I have to say that I am very happy with the product, it was just as advertised on the website.
As happy as I am with the product, I am even happier and impressed with the customer service and with Swing Design as a whole.
Last week I reached out to Swing Design through their online chat because I was mistakenly sent the Hudson Mini Writing Folio. Somebody was chatting with me almost instantly, no wait time. Allyson was very helpful, understanding and kind. Later that day, after talking to their warehouse personnel, she got back to me informing me that the correct item was on its way and that I could keep the product that was sent to me in error.
Of course I am extremely happy that I was allowed to keep the other item, but it’s a lot more than that.
Swing Design, you have a customer for life! I will certainly be looking at your site when looking for items offered by your company.
