As soon as I figured out I had the cutting blade in upside down it worked great. I would suggest you show a picture of the blade case ready to drop in the holder. White end down

Pretty high quality. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I'm not crazy about the plastic sleeve the photo has to go in. It makes the photo a little harder to see because of a little extra glare.
