Ordered the assorted colors of 12x12inch vinyl sheets. Have made several cuts with my Cricut and the vinyl works and looks great!

I waited a week for my order to find part of it missing, I had to contact you guys in order to find out it wouldn't be shipping out for another week due to it being damaged on your end. The fact that I wasn't emailed about only receiving part of my order upsets me because my customers have been waiting a week only to be told they need to wait another week. Now I'll probably lose my customers because of this.

My order took over a week to get to me.. every where else I have ordered from uses usps.. you guys ship ups and it sat a a ups facility for 3 days and was then transferred to usps.. makes no sense what so ever..

Hi Jessica, sorry about any delay. It looks like UPS had a trailer issue that caused a delay while in transit. - A late UPS trailer arrival has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

This form is about reviewing my experience not their product. My experience was great, ordered my item online paid for it and it showed up 2 days before the estimated date of delivery. Absolutely no hassle there

Didn’t receive my full order on the first shipment. I received the wrong material then what I ordered. I emailed customer service and they responded the following Monday due to receiving my order on a Saturday. The lady I emailed with apologized for the mix up and sent me the correct material I ordered. Received my order within 5-7 days.
