Back ordered an item that was shown in stock, but shipped the following week. So far, the best supplier I have found for smaller orders of Silhouette Supplies. Will continue to honor Swing

Hi Richard, sorry about it is not typical. We sell on several platforms and there can be a delay for the inventory to update.

My order was correct. The only thing is that it takes forever to get an order. I just wish shipment was faster.

Absolutely awesome experience! My vinyl arrived in just a few days and was exactly what I ordered. I can't wait to use it!! Thank you so much :-) My other purchase was an upgrade to my Silhouette software. I am now, finally up to the business edition and it was worth every penny. Not to mention, Swing has the best price around on the upgrades too. Go check it out! You will be glad you did!

shipping took longer than I expected and the top was missing to my VLR so I'm having to improvise, but since it was my first time ordering I'm hoping that was just a product error and it fell off in packaging or something.

I have never had an order do this but every sheet or roll that came in this order was creased and some even separated from the creased area. I have a family wedding this weekend and am relying on this order.

At first, when I saw the cameo 3 I was little intimidated. Yes it a small machine, but it mighty in power. the software was easy to understand with the help of many YouTube videos countless hours of video watching from different YouTubers. I finally did my first design. This machine is so user-friendly, It may seem intimidating but just give it a try and you will love all the possibilities it can offer. Let YouTube be your guide!
