Hello,
When my purchase finally came many of the tiny diamonds had fallen out I’m assuming during transport. This was extremely disappointing as it was supposed to be a sweet gift from my son to his aunt. I would not place an order online again. Usually my experiences were positive as I bought in store but this time was an extreme disappointment.

I bought 2 identical keychains with engraving and 1 was defective. I had to bring it back to a store that carries the same keychain to get it exchanged. The company should do a better job at quality control so the engraving is not done on a defective product.

The print quality of the pen was so poor that it cannot even be read without careful examination of the item. I brought this issue up to customer service and was dismissed by saying that the font cannot be made larger. This response was rude and off topic as it is irrelevant to my stated concern. If this is the level of quality and service I should expect from Things Engraved then this will without doubt be the last time I ever make a purchase from this company. I sincerely hope I will be refunded as I currently feel that Things Engraved has deceived and taken advantage of me.

Our Christmas ornament came in a timely manner and was in excellent condition and is made of great quality. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that I wish the engraving preview would show the various sizes of the font chosen. The font we picked is actually very small and not easily read. Had I known, I would have likely opted for a different choice.

Shipping was fast but I’m disappointed by the product I received. The engraving is barely visible, the photo ornament is made of flimsy material, and came scratched in a couple of places. Unfortunately I won’t be making a purchase in the future

I payed for a engraved pencil only one side got engraved but the other side wasn’t I’m very dissatisfied and it’s too late to return it and get another one for Christmas! Very very bad customer service experience

The blanket turned out amazing, i love it a lot. I’m hoping my grandma will love it as well. Only thing I didn’t like is all the little plastic pieces that are stuck in the embroiding. It makes the blanket look cheap which it wasn’t... I used tweezers to get it all out myself but maybe this could be done before shipped so it looks nicer and the buyer doesn’t have to pay $70 for a blanket to pick pieces off before using.
