I ordered 6 Santa Stockings all embroidered. Two of them are slightly different. They have a slightly different red and the white at the top of the stocking is slightly wider. I was expecting them to be all the same.

Engraving is expensive. Deals come late. I bought an item only to have the buy one get one 30% off. Well I would've bought another item if that deal was available. But I'm not going make more purchases after the fact.

The order came in a good time period. But the template was not followed correctly. A coordinate was put on the back of the wrong puzzle piece which was unfornutate. Otherwise, the product was excellent.

I bought the silver round pendant necklace with the mini heart charm and personalized it for my girlfriend. I was so excited to receive it but when i opened the package i was so disappointed. The text was clearly not centered and poorly engraved. The pendant looked cheap and slightly damaged. Not worth the price.

I was unhappy with personalization i got on a stocking and contacted customer support. They informed me that yhe letters are intended to look that way and i would need to buy a nee stocking even though i was not happy with my product. I am greatful for the company allowing me to return the product however at at inconvient location in waterloo when im from kitchener. Just very unsettled that the only way is to return a product still being without a gift. I work with a company that does personalization and we replace orders for customers who are unhappy with the product all the time and i thought your company would stand behind their products too. So i am upset that i wont have this gift for christmas Nd have to drive to waterloo to return it.
