Stainless steel shotglasses and case were of good quality; however, the engraving was substandard. Company claims it was adequate ("The fonts you chose for the shot glasses is a good thick line font and engraving looks good. We cannot go any deeper and engraving on stainless steel is tone on tone.") As one who has dealt with many companies for many kinds of engraving over more than 40 years, I cannot accept this explanation. To their credit, I was refunded the cost of engraving, thank you. Additionally, it took three calls to customer service (leaving my return contact info, as requested by them) before I got some service about the matter. I have given an average recommendation as I will likely deal with my local TE storefront rather than their online presence.
