While these shoes do need to be broken in, since they have a rigid heel, they are super comfortable and easy to slip on when needed. I haven’t experimented with drying times but the time I have gotten them wet, there were no odors which is always nice! I’m thankful I got a couple pairs since they seem like they’re gonna last a long while!

We recommend wearing your shoes with socks at the beginning in order to break them in since they are brand new and you can also try switching to the regular shoelaces and see if they feel different ;)

The shoes are comfortable to wear and super er light. However I didn’t enjoy the “lip” on the rear of the shoe. It rubs against my back and has caused blisters. I went for an hour walk and halfway I was bleeding through my sock and onto the shoe.

I'm very disappointed. The shoes are uncomfortable because they're too narrow. They are the wrong size, because your sizing charts are wrong. I needed to return the first pair and wasn't able to do so. I wish I had not bought them.

the front and site area of the shoe the material is pretty thin, so if u hit ur toe against something, it's gonna be real painful. not very comfortable either, the sole is only so so.

I got a pair of these Tropicfeels through Kickstarter and finally got the chance to wear them as soon as my old pair of sneakers fell apart. I have to say, I really like the whole design of the shoe and it is incredibly light and easy to walk in but the one thing I couldn't quite figure out was the elastic counter heel. I'm not sure if I am wearing the right size or not but the heel does push my feet forward in the shoe and dips down most times. It also gave me some blisters pretty quickly too. Also I wasn't sure if I could make the elastic laces tighter since I didn't want to fiddle with the knot (I know there's instructions included on how to make the knot but my practise attempts on other strings didn't go well..) But overall, they're really nice sneakers to slip into and definitely can't wait to go travelling in them.

Light-weight and comfortable this is a shoe I can wear all day. I love the stylish black with turquoise laces. The shoe has a lot of stretch so I probably could have gone a size down and the laces are just a bit too long so that when I have a snug fit I have to tuck the long loose ends somewhere. Overall very happy with my shoes!

These shoes are amazing! Super comfortable and easy to clean.
I feel like the straps are a little too tight over the top of my arch, but I probably just need to loosen the elastic laces. Would not recommend wearing in colder climates. The ventilation is awesome, but can make your feet feel a little cold.
Otherwise, these shoes are fantastic and well worth the buy. Can't wait to go traveling in them!
