Bags were used on a NY Strip Choice from Publix Food Store. Easy to use and seal. Dryed for 45 days the strips lost approx 40% moisture. Bark was a little hard to cut away, leaving a very dark red meat. Cooked on hot grill plate the 1 inch cut steaks were very dense and comparable Burns or Ruth Chris aged steaks.
