I used the UMAiDry bags on a 16 pound strip steak loin. Left it in the refrigerator for 30 days and it turned out great. Steaks we’re excellent. Now doing a prime rib and expect to get the same result. Great product and would recommend it to anyone.

I loved the idea......then ruined 8 bags til i finally git ine i think is right. I'm just being honest I love the idea and I hope this turns out right after my 9th try LOL I feel like I wasted a lot of money but I guess if the steak is delicious and comes out good then it's worth it. For some reason I just couldn't get the seal right on the bag it just kept leaking and I did everything they told me oh well who knows

I had some trouble getting all the air out of the dry bag, But it seems like it is still working for the meat as the fat has become solid but not the overall meat yet. I messed up the first bag and 2 of the vacuum strips, so I hope this product works for me.

Did a choice rib roast for 45 days for my first age. Super easy if you watch the videos and follow directions. Did a taste test with some prime un-aged ribeyes and they were about the same tenderness an juicyness, but the flavor was much more concentrated. Not funky though. Overall a big hit and now I've got a prime brisket going for ???? days!
