Would have been 5 stars had your delivery company not let you down. Received an email from them stating delivery on the 3rd May they did not deliver until 7th May.

Hi Ann,
Apologies that APC haven't been in touch regarding this, your order did go out for delivery on Friday 3rd May and the vehicle encountered a breakdown and a replacement vehicle was not able to fully complete the drivers run.
Your order was therefore delivered on the next possible working day which was Tuesday 7th due to the bank holiday weekend.
I do apologise that APC let you down on this occasion and that you weren't notified, rest assured that this isn't our usual standards and your comments have been fed back.
I'm pleased that we managed 4 stars so that is appreciated!
