Delivery good but the use by dates were not specified and so I can’t use some of the order as dates too short.
Really frustrating and could have been sorted by better info on the website.

Product selection ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐
Price and value for money ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Followed delivery instructions ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Delivery company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Conditionofgoods ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Promise of a free gift ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Actual free gift ⭐
Not that a free gift was the main reason for my purchase. The items, cost and delivery were the main reasons
And a free gift is free right and we all like things for free, who doesn't?
Not sure what I was expecting the gift to be, but a bag of sweets, retail price £1 was not that
After spending over £125 on my order I would have expected more, not to sound ungrateful but you should t have bothered really!!

Items arrived as ordered however postage was very pricey and it took much longer to arrive that expected, I would expect next day for an £8.99 postage fee

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that the items arrived as ordered.
We understand your concerns regarding the postage costs and delivery time, but given the distance from Derbyshire to Scotland. While we strive to provide the best service possible, we acknowledge that delivery times can sometimes exceed expectations, particularly for longer distances.
We appreciate your patience and your input on our shipping fees. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continually seek to improve our services. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out.
