All ok with the order but when the box arrived it was open, everything still inside so not sure what happened or when but not great!

Hi Steve, I’m pleased your order went well but sorry to hear about the box being opened but unfortunately the delivery of the box is out of our hands all boxes leave our site fully sealed and taped up correctly so along the way the courier has mishandled the box and it’s come undone. If you would like to contact us to discuss this further please do as this is not the normal case for our deliveries. Our opening times are 10am - 5pm :). Once again we are sorry to hear about the box being opened but at the very least nothing was damaged.
