Order usually takes about 5 - 7days (when delays happen we don't always recieve notification) & incups quite often aren't packaged very well & have been so 'chucked around' their contents are partially missing when you open up sleeves.
Not sure if management/ packing has been changed but not quite the same care taken on reflection of 1st orders.

Products are always good so cant fault vending superstore itself but the delivery service is not good at all. Outer packaging was broken on the majority of the cases that were delivered and in turn some of the bottles we damaged and leaking. Drivers were also complaining about the shipment being heavy like it was our fault. I would advise you get a different courier

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy our products, but we sincerely apologise for the issues you've experienced with the delivery service.
Your experience with damaged packaging and leaking bottles is not what we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will ensure that your feedback is addressed. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from order to delivery, and it seems we fell short this time.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
