I can only say that till now, I only have experience with the booking process. The guidance was good, they find a place where I can see myself doing volunteer work.

The experience of booking and confirming a project was very straightforward and simple. The one thing I found a bit confusing was that the cost of the program was stated in USD via email but in British Pounds on the website. I recommend streamlining it.
One thing I think would be great is to add some questions to facilitate the engagement of the user. For example, it was clear to me that vaccines are not covered by the program, but I wasn't clear on which vaccines I might need. Similarly with visas. In some cases, the program coordinators also didn't have a lot of information. I say this just to support expanding the reach, and if there is an opportunity to collaborate with Volunteer World (free of course) in streamlining this, I am happy to volunteer.

The contact was very friendly and the booking was easy. I did have to reach out because I didn‘t get a reply for five days, that‘s why I only gave 4 stars. But in the end everything worked out!:)
