easy to choose the program by filtering and easy for make the payment, also the coordinator always responds in short time. The only reason why i'm not rating 5 stars because of the late respond from the project site and no clear instruction after deposit had been made, such as the agenda, useful information about the things to be packed, the contact details of project, driver for pick up etc.

I like the amount of volunteer opportunities available and the details of each one including pictures and everything you need to know about the project. I did however find the pop up chat live with someone frustrating as it really wasnt necessary and seemed like talking to a robot/ dont get a response at all. Would also rather be able to answer and submit questions through email rather than the inbox message system on the site as i dont get notifed without signing in to volunteerworld.com
