It was slightly difficult to pick dates. It would pop up that the program is closed for many months I chose.
It took about 8-9 tries to get dates that were accepted and I still don’t know if it’s the best time, greatest need for work.

Up till now, the booking has been very well. Everything was well explained and my coordinator and my host family have directly contacted me, which was very nice and reassuring.

Functions really well as an introduction agent. Clear and useful information about the projects available through their website. Easy and quick way to connect with the local organisation. Once you’re accepted by the project, the deposit payment is simple through the website too.
From that point going forwards it seems you then deal directly with the project. (I’m just starting that now).

The booking experience felt a bit like diving in without all the information I felt I needed. It’s mostly done now.
I’ve now received additional information, along with the final invoice. I note the online price was in US dollars, but the final invoice is in Euros. I’ve done the conversion at today’s rates, and the Euro price is higher. It’s not the end of the world, but it is a bit annoying.

very structured and easy website to use. I do have concerns on how often they keep in contact with the volunteer organization, since the one I chose does not have space anymore for its program, but is still advertised as available.
