I had a good experience working with Volunteer world. My only suggestion would be to have one point of contact during the program planning process. I had a few different representatives that I spoke with, which worked out fine, but it may have given me more of a personal connection if I had a specific person I feel like I could reach out to and ask questions. Other than that, I had all my questions answered and in a reasonable time frame. I also don't understand the connection between volunteer world and the organization that organizes the project, I thought I would be dealing with one organization all the way through the process. I guess I am being connected to the organization now and no longer workingwith volunteer world. Not sure there is a way to improve this process, but just an observation. Overall, good experience. Thanks!

Volunteer World's website made it easy to organize and sort through various programs by destination and interest. The layout of the program pages is easy to follow, and it's easy to create an account and apply for a program. I will definitely be using this website to look for volunteer and internship programs in the future!
