I booked 3 volunteer experiences back to back in Costa Rica. Communicating with the site coordinators through the Message feature is extremely helpful!! Suggestion: it was be VERY important to be able to know the number of other volunteers at a particular program. Being the only volunteer at one greatly took away from the experience...

The Volunteerworld platform is easy to use however the information available about the volunteer programs themselves is minimal.
And a feedback area about the programs would be more helpful than a feedback area about the volunteerworld platform.

I wish I could had more interaction with the association. I didn't really like the fact there was not much flexibility with the ONG and any change had to be done towards volunteer worls.

Overall a very good experience. What would be helpful?
1. Make it easier to find specific information such as what to bring, cell service, internet.
2. A little more information about specific activities.

I am excited to have been accepted into a program on this volunteer platform.
So far, all communications have been helpful and in a very friendly tone.
Soon, I will start this experience, which I am going with great enthusiasm..

Not every organisation did answer reliably. But in most cases I was helped when I asked for something pretty fast.
