Your site is great and it’s easy, you have so many great projects, but you send out WAY TOO many emails.

Contact with Volunteer World was smooth, quick and helpful. Some information I received was wrong though. I will write a lengthy e-mail about that in the following days.

This was quite a seamless experience, which is fantastic when it’s your first time doing a volunteer abroad program. Thank you so much for that. I hope that my experience in Indonesia is of the same quality!

Well, I haven't taken a trip yet so it is hard to give a review. I wish there was a way to contact you directly. I getting nervous about the trip I purchased through this company to Costa Rica. Contact with Kindred Spirits in Costa Rica is limited and the shuttle service they recommended doesn't appear to be in service anymore or doesn't service Costa Rica anymore. The one service I found there said they don't pickup at the airport and that I have to go to a Denny's that's five minutes away by Taxi. I'm starting to have some regrets about booking this trip and may cancel if I don't get some better answers soon.
Thanks,
Rick

Luis was helpful and available so that I can easily make it to the place.
However, he never really clearly answered my question about would I really be working with sloths on the "sloths monitoring assistant" program. And I understand why. Now I'm on site, I'm told it's above all a birds monitoring and a turtle site when it's the right season. Not much what I signed for.
The experience is also very expensive and I don't have a clear answer on where the money is going.

The website is clear, simple and very easy to use. Help is quickly provided when needed and is actually helpfull (which is not always the case on other websites...).
So far, my experience on Volonteer world has been marvellous and I'm surely not done using it.
I would defenitly recommend it to any soul interested in volonteering abroad :)

Overall the experience was great. But I submitted a second application and received a message that it was sent. After 4 days I double checked and found it was not in your system! I then resubmitted it and it was approved right away.
Not sure if it was a glitch w/ the website or what....
I was accepted and have booked my flight and will start my program in March. Thanks for the match up!
