All staff were helpful and welcoming. Courteous and prompt responses were reassuring and professional.
Website instructions a bit cryptic and web design a bit disorganized. Had difficulty filling out written responses since I had to keep scrolling down in order to view the entire statement which made editing frustrating.
Otherwise fine.

Really confusing, I applied for one project but received confirmation of receipt about another completely different one altogether. When I emailed to explain I was told to cancel it and apply again - like I have nothing better to do and the staff there are far too busy and important to do this themselves - which they eventually did.
I later received too conflicting emails about a project, one saying I had been declined and the other saying I had been accepted, Again I emailed to enquire which was correct, as they couldn't both be, but received the bluntest of answers with no apology for the confusion caused by a second failure communication failure in a matter of days.
At least the host client (INVOLVE) knew what they were doing which came as a pleasant relief given that VW made little contribution to the application process other than to cause confusion and annoyance.

A very easy to navigate website, and if I had any questions, they got back to me right away. Also, there are tons of interesting programs to choose from.

It was very responsive and everything was very clear until some point.
However, I didn’t hear from them for a week then the flight tickets got higher while waiting for their response.
I understand that it was internet trouble but it was just unfortunate.
Everything else was perfect!

Inspiring and the assistants were really helpful when struggling with some organisations!
Just one flaw: sometimes it was long before getting an answer!

Your response speed is fast. Overall is good, but only thing I d like to suggest is to improve your filters. You see, when seeking for Volunteer opportunities, I can.choose from free to expensive. But if I can choose the length, accommodation/meal provided or not, certificate provided or not, and can choose more than one filter( teaching and wildlife, for example).

The Volunteer website is great, but I do not like the fact that I was able to pay the deposit thru the website using a credit card but have to pay the balance to the organization with a bank transfer. I would have liked to be able to make all payments via credit card on the website.
