You offer a good platform with a wilde range of interesting projects. And you try to be very critical when taking a new project in.
Means of communicatie could be better (only through balloons which disappear when closing internet). Communication with different agencies is better.

I really like your website it is easy to search and find the program that best fits you... The only problems that I have been finding is the way and the sources to communicate with program of your choice... Because I have been waiting for a response of the program for two weeks now.

Volunteer World were a great platform for me discover what I wanted to do as they have so many different options. They were a huge help in communicating with my hosts and their platform provided a safe and secure environment for me to come to an arrangement with the volunteer project organisers. If there was ever an issue, there was always someone there to helpand the customer service was very personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend a Volunteer World project to anyone who wants a unique experience abroad.

My experience with volunteer works was pretty good since both the people from the Webseite and the ones from the Projekt always were very helpful and didn’t take long to reply to my messages.

It was fairly good but I still haven’t received details of how I’ll be picked up at the airport and by whom. Still waiting for that. Apart from that everything went smooth and they reply pretty quickly.

I could find the perfect volunteer program for me and I like the web, but when I tried to pay I have some difficulties because I could not change the Payment Method, Paypal appeared as default always.
