It was a terrible expirience. I needed information they didn't brought me and once i'd paid the deposit, they stopped answering my emails and left me hanging. I won't be travelling and I can't get my money back.

Accurate communication during the booking phase. Too agressive in mailing all kind of options and opportunities. I receive too much mail.

Everything so far has worked very well and smoothly, the only hiccup has been when project manager and Linda were talking to me at same time, but alinda clarified all.

I had a good experience working with Volunteer world. My only suggestion would be to have one point of contact during the program planning process. I had a few different representatives that I spoke with, which worked out fine, but it may have given me more of a personal connection if I had a specific person I feel like I could reach out to and ask questions. Other than that, I had all my questions answered and in a reasonable time frame. I also don't understand the connection between volunteer world and the organization that organizes the project, I thought I would be dealing with one organization all the way through the process. I guess I am being connected to the organization now and no longer workingwith volunteer world. Not sure there is a way to improve this process, but just an observation. Overall, good experience. Thanks!
