Booking our trip was extremely easy. I was able to submit an application and communicate with the coordinator at the organization before paying the deposit to commit to the trip. I received several emails from Volunteer World offering help at all stages of the process. I would definitely book through here again.

Eng : My experience with Volunteer world went pretty well overall. Apart from some very long response times (but that was due to the associations and not to the platform itself), my experience was very smooth and well guided. I liked receiving a booklet with information to help me prepare for my departure.
If my trip to Europe goes well with the NGO I'm going to join thanks to volunteer world, I'm thinking of calling on them again this time to offer my services to the rest of the world.

A part quelques délais de réponses parfois très long (mais dûs aux associations et pas à la plateforme en soit) mon expérience a été très fluide, bien guidée. J’ai aimé recevoir un book avec des informations pour préparer mon départ.
Si mon voyage en Europe se passe bien avec l’ONG que je vais rejoindre grâce à volunteer world, je pense refaire appel à eux pour cette fois proposer mes mains au reste du monde.

The whole process has gone very smoothly, thanks to Stephanie from the Habibi Center. She always responds very promptly and in a clear and informative, constructive way.
The only thing I am nor happy with is that in your information it says a deposit of 15% has to be paid. I was charged 18%. Pascal explained that this was to be deducted from the final payment. Well, as Habibi Center doesn’t charge a fee it means that I had to pay 161€ instead of 135@. No big deal you may think. Maybe not, but it should be clearly stated in your information that this is the case.
Having said that, I am very happy with the application process overall and look forward to my time at the Habibi Center!
