I hatte einige Probleme mit dem Verständnis und den Abläufen, aber egall wann und egal zu was, es wurde mir immer Hilfe angeboten und schnell geantwortet. Es war sehr angenehm und eigentlich sehr unkompliziert.

This is already the second time I’ve organized my trip with VolunteerWorld. Once with a friend. It’s thanks to the programs offered on the website that I’ve been able to discover countries, see incredible landscapes, meet local people, and connect with other volunteers who have become my friends, and that I still travel with today.

I love this program and pray that I can one day experience one of these unique opportunities! I think the site is well made with great information that puts the volunteer at ease! I love this program and think very highly of it. I would definitely recommend this to people who are interested in doing volunteer work! Thank you so much. Best regards, Melissa

I was good, but I would have needed a better communication with the organisations and maybe a personal interview, because now I have a project but don't know anyone there and even not so much about my destination e.g. location of school and hostel...

I've had a nice booking experience on Volunteer World. My project coördinator Sharon Deyer was very quick in responding and helped me with all the insecurities I've had.

During the process of my reservation my questions got mostly a fast answer by a coordinator. But I was a bit annoyed about the price for a single room, because it‘s more than double. I paid 490$ as deposit for Wildlife Sanctuary and Rescue, Aranjuez. But I decided to take a double room . So I wrote to the coordinator that I need an invoice for the double room, that shows the rest pay, 300$.
