So far itās been an easy process. My only slightly negative point would be the currency. I mean your site says $ then the bill is in ā¬ and as Iām from the uk my bank uses Ā£. Maybe you could convert or just use one currency as it does make a difference to me in exchange rates. So maybe thatās something you could look at in the future. But apart from that itās been a good process and Iām in touch with the coordinator that Iāll be working with so thatās great
Response from Volunteer World

Dear Mark,
thank you so much for your valuable feedback! You are raising a very important point, especially for platforms like ours that aim to help overcome borders.
We fully recognize the challenge that the project youāre joining may operate in a different currency than the volunteerās home country. As a technical platform, we try our best to support this by displaying both the projectās currency and, where possible, the volunteerās local currency to ensure maximum transparency. We understand that this can sometimes cause confusion, but itās important to us to show all relevant information clearly.
If you noticed a specific place where the pricing was not clear to you, please let us know via the chat ā weāll be happy to take a closer look and improve transparency wherever possible.
Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of this journey!
