Nice choice of volunteer option But doesn’t feel like a personnel experience whilst looking through and going through the booking process. I would have liked to talk to someone . I am sending my sons to volunteer and have many questions that could be easily answered with a quick phone call . I e-mailed question and got very quick and what seemed like slightly generic answers . My questions are still unanswered. So I am having some reservations on sending them now
