Ich bin ziemlich zufrieden, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, beantworten meine Fragen umgehend und helfen mir bei Dingen, die ich im Zusammenhang mit dem Programm nicht so ganz verstehe. Obwohl dies mein erster Versuch war, mit Volunteer World einen Freiwilligendienst zu absolvieren, war ich sehr angenehm überrascht, wie detailliert die Beschreibungen der einzelnen Programme waren und wie gründlich die Vorbereitung für die Freiwilligen war, sodass es sich nicht verwirrend anfühlte, in ein fremdes Land zu gehen. Ich werde Volunteer World immer wieder nutzen!

i really dont understand why i need to pay now money to a different organisation on a different website? (love volunteers) and i was also confused about how the invoice was made? cause it had 2 lines with different dates

the information of the differences btw different org. is not enough and maybe due to time zone differences it takes alot of time to get the information or questions to be answered.

It’s really badly organised here in Thailand. There’s no contacts provided, no official statements which made it really hard for visa, and also, the person that talks to me on behalf of this volunteer work is very passive aggressive. Terribly structured organisation, maybe it needs some donation, but the experience is terrible and I haven’t even started. I’m hoping right now that I won’t lose my kidney during my stay.
