Honestly, it's a very long process and very confusing overall. On the website it's mentioned a VOA for one week of volonteering in Indonesia is okay, then after booking the documents say otherwise. Additionally there is three separate people replying to my messages and reaching out with the same requests and questions about documents and arrival dates. So overall I am already not very happy with how things worked before I even started. That's a bit disappointing.

I noticed that the prices shown on the website differ once the reservation is made and the deposit is paid. This creates some confusion and makes the final amount to be paid seem unclear. I believe it would be helpful to provide more transparency regarding the total cost from the beginning.

Very easy to register. The euro to dollar conversion was a little confusing when it came time to register. Overall very easy and informative.

My experience with Volunteer World for the human rights project in Ghana has been positive from the very beginning. The booking process was simple, clear, and well organized. During the preparation for departure, I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. My local contact in Ghana, Frank, has been professional, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. I'm excited to take part in such a meaningful educational and human experience.

I had a discount code for first booking to spend but I don't remember a box to punch in the code, so I forgot and I didn't use it.

Everything perfect. Unproblematic way to get in contact with some projects. Also a good layout to have a overview about all projects.

I had hoped being able to book a ‘private’ room directly with my booking. I have requested this separately now with my coordinator.

I think Volunteer World is a very good platform. They guide and help you very well to plan your stay within the projects.

It was very easy! I would recommend it to someone that was never done a volunteer experience before.

I like you too. I think you have a really well structured web presentation, very transparent with all options I was looking for. It took me a while to sign in for the journey. But all information was offered and with it all the travel and pricing details I needed to know, before I seriously started make my plans for this adventure. I liked your video, which made me believe you have a mission. My son advised me to go for it, so I will. The last thing I woulld wish for is, if I could talk to someone personal right away, i know, this is difficult to do. But nevermind. lg.angi.
