I struggle to rate the booking experience this high. It was confusing, no contact information was given to coordinate things until after a payment was made, which seemed kind of sketchy. It was hard to find out information. I couldn't get a straight answer on how to change my travel dates.

Well so far it's been truly amazing. Imma be honest I haven't had any experience with Volunteer Organisation prior to Volunteer World, but I've been suprised by the fast replys,the detailed answers and especially by the warming kind of comunication. I had a few questions and I got response super quickly which was very nice. The website is clear. The only thing I couldn't find is where to pay my deposit. Maybe a better page or button to go to that page would be nice, because I kept having to look around the website to found the page where I could pay. Overall very nice experience!
