Hi Linda,
We finally made the reservation and prepaid for three boys in Hungary. Thank you for your help.
There's just one thing I could tell you to improve the user experience: since we wanted to apply for 13-year-old boys, I entered my name at the beginning of the application process, and now it counts me as one of the volunteers. I guess that won't be a problem; I've already written to Sharon, the program manager in Hungary.
I entered my name as the person requesting the information, not as a volunteer. It was my mistake.
Thanks anyway.
Best regards,
Ismael

I had difficulties with trusting my credit card information online. Maybe you could show an address where we could send the money to? Other than that it was very easy-going and I was able to send money :)

The information is clear. The process of booking is smooth. Linda is kind.
Additional Suggestions :
-There is one thing that there's someone can be contacted at any time is really in need, if there are some problems in an emergency at any time.
-If the protection for anything on volunteers, such as account and personal information and so on, can be protected strictly for any situations, of which people who is with the device under serveillance or under control by any methods from strangers. People who in need may feel more secure and smooth for planning for every journey on Volunteer World.

All was quite easy. But it would be an improvement if you could send each e-mail during the booking process as an answer to the previous ones instead of a new individual one every time. That made it a bit confusing. And sending advert emails fpr other programs while a booking is in progress adds to the confusion..

Don't find the website easy to use. Confusing re whether your booking (e.g. 21 days or 21 nights) All my communication with the project has been via the VW website but I can no longer see our message trail.
