This is the third try to write a review:) Besides, It was until now a very good experience to work with VW! It was very professional and the contactpersons were always friendly and had the right tone.

Hi, finalising the booking was very straightforward but to be honest, getting hold of someone to get more info in order to book flights accordingly is proving to be a lot more complicated and it’s a real shame because your organisation seems really good otherwise!

Very straightforward. I was surprised I wasn't asked the questions on the confirmation form before I was offered a place. Emails were snswered very quickly and were very useful.
The typical day details helped me decide which project to choose.

My booking was ok, but I don’t understand why after booking I still receiving emails asking me to make my booking and my reservation. I would like also that after a booking with reservation to become more information how to continue with all the details.

We like how easy it is to find a program.
And how Mariela answered to all our questions.
The only thing is that I cannot change my password.
All in all so far great experience. We now need to be on the field.
Best,
Mercedes
