I have to say I am very pleased with the process and I plan on using the organization in a much more expanded way too. I say this meaning that I will be using the organization to help me be planning on how to be using neighboring Asian countries as well with any programs the organization has to fill out a whole year and balance doing a program and living locally each month as in doing a week or two in a program and the rest of the month living locally in the area of the program being offered. I am retired now and wanting to be living in Asia and seeing my daughter and doing volunteer work too. Trying to live off my S.S. benefit allocation and doing visa runs to neighboring Asian countries as needed. The staff was very persistent and encouraging in getting the reservation process finished and be getting ready to be going overseas and starting a new chapter in my life. Thank you Volunteer World organization and I look forward to working with you and having memorable experiences. Good luck to your organization and best wishes for continued success.

The site is easy to navigate and either browse or filter for what you are looking for. The details about each of the projects is very helpful. The pictures, videos and stories help you feel connected to the communities

It was really easy to select my project as the information available
Is very in depth and having the chat facility and being able
To contact the coordinator before booking is really reassuring. Paying the deposit was very easy.

Expectations , inclusions and exclusions laid out nicely, prompt response to questions. But there are too many places for correspondence, e mail( some of which lands up in spam folder), login page, and what's app. I'm afraid of missing vital info. Also still receiving promotional information for the experience that I already was accepted for. One place states I paid a deposit of $235, another states $ 304. I have had communications from Linda, Moise, Vanessa and Ana, not sure who exactly is the on site coordinator. Can be a little confusing.

Hi Anne 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear that expectations, inclusions, and response times were clear 👍 At the same time, we understand your concerns about the multiple communication channels and the confusion this can create.

Regarding payment amounts and contact persons, we understand the confusion and are actively improving clarity and consistency here.
Thanks again for your valuable input 💛

After many tries not successful I succeeded with Josh help…But I made a mistake with the end date : it’s the fifth instead of the sixth of September
