The initial booking process for myself and my two companions for projects on Nosy Komba (Madagascar) was fine. However, there has recently been so much confusion over helping a friend from Uganda, whom I am paying for, to make his booking. The system has gone wild and every time I explored one possibility or another, the system thought I was applying! It has also been muddled for him to apply but for me to pay for his reservation. I realise this is not a typical situation, but it has caused confusion for the team in Madagascar as well as for us!!

Hi Margaret 😊
Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the confusion you experienced.
As this was quite a unique booking situation, we're sorry that it caused technical issues and made the process more complicated than it should have been.
We hope everything has been resolved by now. If you're still experiencing any issues, please don't hesitate to contact our support team—we'll be happy to help as quickly as possible.
We wish you and your friends a fantastic time in Madagascar! 🌿

Services are generally good 😊, however I feel like to be trapped by your non refundable deposit. If I don’t want to go to any other programs on the site, I lost my deposit. That’s all wrong, isn’t it? This is supposed for voluntary work. I felt like being cheated. Honest!!!

We're sorry to hear that the deposit policy came as a disappointment. We understand your frustration. Our deposit and cancellation policy is available at any time (before, during, and after booking) on our website, and our team is always happy to answer any questions before booking.
If you'd like us to review your case again, please feel free to get in touch with us directly.
We wish you all the best! 🌿

So far, my experience with the application process has been very positive. The team has been responsive, helpful, and quick to provide guidance whenever needed. In particular, Dennis has been very supportive throughout the process, helping me with program details, location preferences, and resolving an issue with my internship registration quickly and professionally. Communication has been clear and friendly, and I have felt well supported while preparing for my placement.

Simple booking process with a bit too much pressure to do so. Good description but reviews of previous participants are not always listed in the correct program.
