I think the website is confusing in some areas. For instance there isn't enough guidance in the process. My application said that I'm done but I'm not sure how is going to work after I paid the deposit. I'm going to travel to a country that is completely unknown for me. I wish there was more guidance.

Hello, yes I can only keep my opinion small so far because I haven't been to your place yet.. everything went well at the beginning and I also got answers when I wrote.. but since I paid my reservation nobody has contacted me anymore. .I don't think it's great it also gives me a bad feeling.. but I'm still positive and I'm looking forward to my stay in Ecuador.

Yes, perhaps you could give some extra info about the routines of communication with the on-site staff. Perhaps, we were just unlucky to reach out for a Project Manager, who was not too eager to answer our questions at start(?) And, because of that we interpreted that they were not supposed to 'give away' such details until the deposit had been paid.

I posted some more detailed questions to the Project Manager through your 'messages function' last night, right after we had paid the deposit. I should of course be a bit more patient and see when she responds. However, what should we do, if it turns out the 'response rate' is very slow? We have so many questions, and even though we´ll arrive in June, time is running quickly, and some details are about things we need to fix a long time before arrival (like vaccinations and purchases).

Well, the website is neat and informative with respect to procedures of payment and overall info about the
projects.

However, the first payment /deposit is quite a neat sum of money, and you would not like to spend it in vain. You definitely need a way for potential customers to get in touch with the coordinators on site, so that the customers may be able to get correct, reliable and detailed info without risking any money. Now, after the deposit, we have really spent quite a lot on a 'black box'. We do not know much at all about the place we are going to. It does not feel comfortable at all,
