Excellent end product great service from the developers.

This was the first website we had commissioned and we were well looked after by Marina who was always prompt and helpful in her communications with us. The end product was just what we wanted so all in all excellent value for money.

Well worth the money

I am a colourblind software developer with absolutely no design skills. Our old website was one where customers told us they bought despite the dreadful site and horrible colours. I had made one or two previous attempts at using external designers but when I found out that the webpage designer software I knew so well was no longer being supported I was reluctantly forced into making the decision to change the site.

I found Web Creation UK through a search engine and from the start was impressed with their work for other users, their thoroughness in document preparation and professional attitude. I decided to go ahead.

Surinder was appointed as my designer and he checked out our old site, kindly refraining from commenting! He then provided me with two possible designs for the new site. For me, one stood out as the one for us. He then proceeded to develop the site and I asked for it to be installed in a development area on our web server. Family and colleagues looked at the site and the first comment I received was "You didn't design that, did you". So I knew I was on the right track. Surinder cooperated in helping me add the features I wanted and when I was satisfied I was able to make the site live.

The new site has already enabled us to gain additional business and I am very satisfied with the overall result.

I have no complaints obviously but just one thing I wished I had known earlier and that is that it is a Wordpress site. Had I known this I would have had the time to learn about Wordpress while Surinder was developing. As it is I am learning as I go and am waiting for my copy of Wordpress for Dummies to be delivered so hopefully I can support our site myself in the future.

But if I can't do this or have any more site design work to do, I know where to go!

good proffesional job delivered on time and on budget

I have to admit that after I had commissioned webcreationuk to create our new website I came accross one or two very poor reviews(from 4 years ago)and did contact them with my concerns.Although they did offer to refund us after I did a bit more reasearch and found a lot of good reviews so I decided to go ahead.The final site is excellent and I found them very helpful and they always responded to any questions I had quickly.I would definitley recommend them.

Regarding website development - both the design and development of my website has been first class! The alterations the designer made to my logo was excellent and has improved the image of my business. The development team has helped and guided me through the process excellently and I now feel confident in adding and editing content on my site. After searching and searching the internet having meetings with different local web designers obtaining loads of quotes i realised finding the right company to build my web site was a mine field.Eventually after nearly a year of research i opted to choose WebCreationUK Ltd at first i was very sceptical with it been a remote web based company with no face to face interaction but very quickly my fears diminished they are fast proffessional and have called me if i have had any queeries my web builder Anuj responds immediatly to any changes i have mailed him and has dealt with everything in a timely manner i do plan to have a couple more web sites built and will definitaly be sticking with WebCreationUK

Excellent services from Web creation team

I was assigned an excellent Web designer named Hemant, who created a brilliant user friendly website and good value for money. It is exactly what I had asked him to design and he was efficient. I will Definitely use them for more websites.

Not secure servers and watch the costs!

I had Webcreation UK develop our website and host it in 2009. Since then we have had numerous times when our site was down, and recently have suffered with pages saying the site has been hacked. Last week I got 150 php mails in a single hit. For someone promoting their servers as business level secure servers, I find this unacceptable.

In addition to the issues with our site, our costs for hosting from 2009 went up by 300%, with a 50% hike in the second year alone! Again, given the current economic climate I don't think this is acceptable, particularly given that they do not tell you the costs are increasing, have increased, or even quantify the rise; it just appears on your next invoice.

I am now moving away from them for our hosting and using someone else as I have given them multiple opportunities to rectify any issues, but simply could not get anyone to call me back as "all their technical people are busy" seemed to be the standard answer. Despite the promises of call backs, they never came.

The shame of it all is the initial web design and implementation was very good, and I actually recommended them to 3 other people who had their sites built by them. I now feel obliged to tell people about the issues I have encountered, particularly the security issues they evidently have with their hosting servers.

read the small print

Make sure you read the small print, when they say you can change your site as you see fit they only mean the word content. if you want to change the colour it will be an extra charge.
in the beginning they are great, a little slow but try to help. after the site is done you are on your own with it.
