Browsed the web to choose a Web Design Creator. Send couple of "feelers" out to roughly 10 firms. Half of them didn't even reply, 4 of them wanted so much information upfront that it invaded my privacy. (I just wanted a website for my painting/photographs and designs)
A car crash couple of years ago crippled me and my family, broke my neck and right shoulder. Tried everything to keep my business going but no chance, lifting was not possible any longer.
So I started to paint and draw.
Then I had email from WebCreationUK, no problem Erwin we will help you. Even the payment instalments went from 3 to 4 to help me finance.
Filling out the form how you want your website to look, feel, advertise and if you had a logo. This summary was the start and in a way the finished product.
Everything I asked for was created and more. My designers were Ryan and Hemant, nothing was to big or small for them to change any aspect of the website.
Website is "live" now, connected to my Facebook business and Twitter.
The shop side of my website is completely created by WebCreation and is connected to my paypal.

Caution is recommended

I can't fault their cheap prices. However, that doesn't change the fact that it took THREE YEARS and literally thousands of e-mails to create my site. It would have greatly helped for someone to have met with me (or at least to have had a chat on the phone) at the beginning of the process to understand my needs in full. Instead they rushed into the project without having understood what I wanted and without having attempted even the tiniest bit of planning, leading to many heated disputes about what was / what wasn't included in the quote and a much longer turn-around time than I could possibly have conceived. Not once in the three years did anybody from WebCreationUK e-mail me or phone me to ask how things were going - they only got involved if/when I contacted them because things were going wrong. The final product was good, but only after hundreds of exhausting hours of my own input. They should have taken much more initiative.

Hero's to the rescue

I need to give you a brief history. I had a basic website started in 2009 and I had a company called [Ext.Ref.] to do our SEO. I thought they did a good job as I had page 1 listing for my keywords quite quickly and kept it for a few years. So when I started a new company with a new name I wanted to just replicate what I had done before. I had some money saved for a better website, I did my research and found WebCreation UK, I spoke to a lovely chap called [Name] who guided me through the sales process and then once I agreed to proceed with WebCreation UK writing the website, I got assigned a designer called [Name] who patiently worked with all my requests and changes and proceeded to create an awesome (all singing and dancing) website. I was so excited and pleased with it and just wanted to show the world my lovely products on my new website. I thought I would stick to the same thing that worked before so I contacted [Ext.Ref.] who signed me up to a 6 month contract and said it should take 3 to 6 months before I would see results. So I waited patiently but at month 4 I noticed that not much improvements had happened so I contacted them only to be fobbed off with them blaming Google, my website and everything but “not” what they were or were not doing. They even sent me a website created by Google which gives your website a score regarding how accessible your site is for mobile devises and said my score of around 67% needed to be improved and this could be done by getting a new website! I was furious as I had already spend a fair penny on my new site, by saying this they sent off warning bells in my head about what their knowledge and motives. I phoned WebCreation UK in despair to ask for advice and I was put through to a chap called [Name] who fast became my hero, giving me advise on how to tech talk to [Ext.Ref.] and fight my corner.
After speaking to [Name] and feeling calmer I thought I would check [Ext.Ref.] and WebCreationUK’s website on the Google site checker and low and behold [Ext.Ref.] site scored around 35% and WebCreationUK’s site scored around 95% which confirmed my suspicions that [Ext.Ref.] didn’t know what they were talking about and just after getting people into long contacts and scaring them with tech talk into buying more of their services. Armed with this and the information [name] gave me I stood my ground and eventually got out of my contract early. What I appreciated most is that [Name] helped me while I was still in contract with [Ext.Ref.]. So when I was free I gave [Name] a call and decided to give WebCreation UK a chance especially since they didn’t require me to sign up to any contract. 3 weeks later I have seen a huge jump in my rankings and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful job they are doing. I would highly recommend them for both the Website Creation and SEO work. Working with then has been great even when I have had a worry they are quick to help sort it out.

I decided to go with Web Creation after looking at examples of websites they have previously created and liked the fact that they were all modern, stylish and well made. When my website was created they never let me down and I was really pleased with the outcome also always being notified and kept up to date. I decided after their advice to go with the SEO package to get my website further up google rankings and after an estimated time on how long it would take I received updates weekly on my progress. I am now on page 1 of google and really pleased with the SEO teams work.

Having spent many hours checking out other web building sites I made the decision to go with WebCreation UK Ltd. I am really glad that I made this choice as I cannot fault the way I have been treated during the whole process. Any errors that occurred during thee whole process can be placed at my door, and my developer Zahid was very patient with me during the whole process. Setting up my business has been hard work for me but the website creation side of it was a dream come true. I soon found out that a great website does not happen overnight and you have to be very patient and allow the process to take its time. I am now one very happy person. Excellent service they did just what they said

only had 2 weeks to create my website as my web designer had let me down. spotted Webcreation on the internet and thought I had nothing to lose by calling them. From the initial call I had both friendliness and professionalism. after filling out a questionnaire my web designer (Erki) contacted me within a day and had my front page ready within 3 days. I made several changes which were down to me changing my mind and this was done at no extra cost. my completed website was ready after 14 days and I love it. it is just how I envisaged. as I had loads of images and information for Erki to load I expected to have to pay more but the price I was given was the price I paid. excellent job and I can access this myself when I need to change text and images. would not hesitate to recommend Webcreation. Honest, straight and efficient

This is a thank you to the Webcreation team who make my website perfect. The hit rate has gone up way over 100% over my old website and I find it easy to edit and change as I wish.
The test of a good company is not when things go right but when problems arise. Webcreation responded quickly and effectively each time.
With this excellent service they are loosing money - they are too cheap!

Prompt, professional, value for money and great outcome

From the outset, Webcreation were responsive and helpful. I was attracted by their value for money proposition and on that they delivered. I had no experience of designing websites and fear that my expectations were far higher than my budget, but we are reallyhappy with the final product.

I wouldn't say that my design brief was followed, but they slotted the substance into a template web page in an effective way and provided decent images for free and helpful instructions for updates. The designer also responded very quickly after long periods of silence and worked quickly to help us meet our deadline, which was really impressive, It would have been easier if we'd used them for hosting as well.

Overall, I would really recommend their service.

Great website design and coding at a great price

I first went to Webcreation over 3 years ago when I needed a fully bespoke ecommerce website creating. The price agreed was very reasonable, the communication was always excellent and the whole process ran as smoothly as I was hoping. The designers and coders worked tirelessly with my very exacting demands and even when the project was signed off were there to help and fine tune any issues that appeared. They have now just completed our second website which has just gone live and again the team have produced a quality product which needed some very specific coding requirements - special thank-you to Varun for all his work. Highly recommended.

Good value websites

Webcreation UK do a great job in selling their service and their websites. But beware, things aren't quite so efficient once you have paid your money.

The Web Developers are 1st Class and very fast at responding to instruction and implementing changes.

Sadly, the service received from the help desk at the Head Office is not so good which leaves a very bad feeling indeed, especially as you have to pay in advance.

Thank goodness for the overseas Web Development Team, in particular Anuj Garg who was working on my site, who continue to push things forward and let you know they are working for you, their customer.

Can not fault these guys

Never designed a web site before and wasn't sure what I wanted or needed. Designs are made for you which you can change as often as you want until you get what your looking for.I got a professional looking website that didn't cost me a fortune. Hi to all,

Anyone who knows me will confirms that typing this is about as IT as it gets, so I needed a company that did not make me feel a complete idiot, who were helpful and constructive, without taking over the project and I found them with this company. I also did a lot of research on getting value for my money - ticked this box as well.
All the staff that I dealt with from the young lady in admin to the web designer were helpful, polite and friendly at all times.
