I absolutely love this oil. I use it daily, multiple times per day. My whole body including joints and head feels so much more regulated and comfortable with this oil. I can tell the difference if I forget to apply it in the morning, by afternoon I feel kind of achy. However, the aching is not near as intense as it was months ago before starting this oil.

I have tried Youveda Immunity for over three months now and I can say that it definitely works. I have a five year old who comes home from school sick every couple of weeks, and I have yet to catch any of the viruses she has contracted. I really believe this is due to my strengthened immune system due to Youveda Immunity. I started using You Veda’s My Healthy Digestion in an attempt to alleviate my digestive issues. I have noticed a definite improvement since I started taking the capsules in how I feel: less bloating overall and regular bowel movements. However, I also experienced something unexpected- My iron levels had been slightly low for about a year before I started taking these daily, and after 3 months use, my iron levels are back to normal. I am not sure if this is a result of the multivitamin that is included in the packet, of increased absorption of what I am eating, or perhaps a combination of both, but I am going to continue taking these for sure!

Absolutely love these oils. The joints blend has helped with a pain I’ve had in my shoulder that was really bothering me, I don’t even feel it now. My whole body overall feels better. The mood blend helps me feel more calm and level headed, I put it on my whole family and everyone seems to be more happy overall. The digestion blend helps my stomach feel settled, I normally have an upset stomach and this blend has helped it to feel more normal. I use the immunity blend often but can’t attest to anything on that one other than I haven’t been sick while using it.

I decided to try this product out after listening to Sahara Rose on her podcast. She talked a lot about adrenal fatigue and how youveda helped. I suffer from up and down moods and hormonal cystic acne. I was hopeful my issues were also related to adrenal fatigue and this product would help. I can honestly say my moods have definitely leveled out and I find myself having lot more patience and understanding where I wouldn’t have been before. My cystic acne has not gotten any better at all so I will have to find another solution to that. Thank you youveda for helping boost my mood and I am hopeful to come off of my antidepressant soon
