I have had ongoing whole-body issues for years (including constipation dating back 8 years), and the peak of my life was when I practiced yoga 3+ times a week and everything fell in line for about 2 months before my life was upheaved again. To compare pre-MHM to post-MHM, last semester I was chronically stressed, so much so I would put myself to sleep every time to calm down because nothing worked. When I had to force myself to be awake and stay awake in order to deal with life and school, it was a rotation of NUMEROUS cups of coffee/matcha, horrible decisions with my diet in order to make myself "feel better" and my brain was a scattered, unfocused, irrational mess. I was sluggish but cracked out, completely checked out of my personality - and it took 3 weeks of cocooning in my bed after school ended for me to get back to "normal". Fast-forward Day 1 of MHM. I took it with my evening dinner, and considering how much I had eaten, I should have been too tired to do the dishes as usual. Nope. I felt ALIVE for the first time in months. Awake in a way I can't even explain, like in my yoga days. Waking up clear headed in the morning and not needing a nap 2 hours later (morning and afternoon naps pre-MHM) I handled the rest of school this semester with a level of grace and confidence, I had control of my impulses, I was awake all day!!!! and going to the bathroom once a day is Godsend to someone who would go once a week or two. Thats not to say there wasn't some stress, but it was heavily muted and it only took me 2 days to recover from finals week. MHM has been the beginning of a new life for me, I started researching heavily into Ayurveda and somehow the Youveda Team felt compelled to send me 2 book resources and I am just forever grateful. I have only been taking for the past 5 days after receiving on Monday. I love the convenience of all the tablets I need in one day being in one satchel and they can be taken together - no need to stagger across the day or have some before/after a meal depending on the tablet. I have not felt especially different yet. Thank you

I heard about Youveda through Sahara Rose's podcast episode on adrenal fatigue. Everything symptom she described with her adrenal fatigue was what I had been dealing with for the last several years since losing my Mom to cancer in 2013. After hearing about how much the MHM supplements helped her with her symptoms, I decided I wanted to try them as well. I also listened to the episode with Gunny where he talked about his personal experience with loss, and how Youveda was founded I could relate to his story so much, and just loved what this company is doing.I've always preferred Eastern/Holistic options to perscriptions and Western medicine, but I had to find something that was completely helping me. I just finished up my first 30 days with MHM, but I noticed a difference almost instantly, and it's only been getting better for the last 30 days. I'm losing weight, my digestion is better, I have more energy, I feel less stressed, and situations that would normally cause my anxiety to take-over I'm now able to manage very well, my head is clearer, I'm sleeping better, and I just feel like a better person all-around. The product is a five start for sure. I’m seven days in and feeling amazing. However, I wasn’t ever able to get the app to work, and you have to login through Facebook to use the app. I’m not a fan of either of those things so hopefully in the future they will improve the app.

Hello! I am so pleased to have found this product. Life has a way of overwhelming us at times to the point where simple functions don’t seem so simple. I am a highly busy, active type A trying to juggle many many things. At times it all catches up to me and the wheels fall off the bus so to speak. That stress just leads to anxiety and depression. I began using Ayurvedic herbal supplements a while back to help. When I heard a podcast where Gunny was the guest, I was instantly intrigued by his own personal journey and the development of the this particular product. I decided to give it a try.
I have found that I’m stronger in my response to stress and able to balance my moods much better. It helps me to perform with more clarity in my daily profession as a nurse but more importantly, in my daily life. I can’t say enough positive things about the Mood blend. UGH I LOVE THIS STUFF! This winter (I am in Maine- so cold) has been so long and dreary. I’ve tried everything.. acupuncture, whole30, food elimination, FODMAP, probiotics, etc. and nothing has helped treat my IBS. I used to get the worst stomach pains and bloating after every meal. I bought my healthy mood for my mom hopping to help her overall mood. She has been taking them everyday and is half way through the monthly supply. I have never seen her so happy and in much better shape. She is 70 years old with a lot of health issues and pills she takes several times a day.
