This formula has greatly helped my Adrenal Fatigue and Anxiety. I have tried Ashwaganda and Holy Basil on it's own, as well as Magnesium, CBD oil, and other supplemements but did not get the same results. As a plus, my sex drive has improved, which I hadn't even realized needed it. Thank you YouVeda for creating this!

I have suffered from Gastroparesis for over 10+ years, and these pills have been the only form of relief that I have found to date. My disease is incurable but since taking these pills, my bloating is no more, my stomach pains are gone and I can finally eat a normal diet. My mental health and confidence has also dramatically increased. This review makes me emotional as I write b/c unless you suffer from something so terrible, you could not imagine how happy these pills have made my life. Thank you for creating these magic pills. I found this group of supplements the best way to support my overall health. It took about a month for me to really start noticing a change in how my body was functioning. I did notice less ama on my tongue after only a week of using the supplements. I also noticed my appetite had increased though. I was eating everything I could get my hands on. Not sure if it’s related at all with taking the supplements. Over all they were fine, but for someone who doesn’t enjoy taking pills... 7 were hard for me to swallow every morning

Amazing product! I experienced in increase in energy and a better mood within in a couple days of starting the MOOD pack. I've been struggling with adrenal fatigue (low energy all the time, moodiness, weight gain, etc.), and was referred to Youveda by Sahara Rose's podcast. I did not notice any significant change in weight, but the energy and mood improvements were worth it.

I can't say enough good things about YouVeda and the mood supplements! I learned about the severity of my adrenal fatigue recently, and was so relieved when I found YouVeda through Sahara Rose and the Highest Self Podcast.
