I’ve been using this for almost a year now, and feel great , after about 3 months I noticed feeling more balanced and motivated. This, stuff works for me and sure will work for you! Just a little FYI before this, I was very depressed feeling sluggish and like life was just well life was like, “ mehhh” you know? But after pairing this product with exercise I realized I had not had panic attacks or bouts/fits of crying instead I felt/feel balanced, at ease and able to deal with stress.

I’m pregnant right now, so my hormones are a bit crazier than normal. I didn’t take the mood support when I wasn’t pregnant, so it’s a little difficult for me to compare to how I usually am (why I put 4 stars rather than 5). However, I haven’t been wacko since taking them, and I have felt pretty calm (but also more tired than usual). Easy to take and digest!

Love it. I have recently had a really tough couple of years and had begun developing headaches, anxiety, irritability, depression and was determined to steer clear of pharmaceutical options. The only thing I would change about YouVeda is that I wish I had found them sooner!!! I have so many gut and mental health issues that have been helped by taking the Digestive pack.
